Return policy
If you’re not satisfied with your order or it arrives defective, you can return it within 30 days of receipt.
•We accept returns under the following conditions:
Non-Defective Products: The item must be in brand-new, unused condition.
Defective Products: The defect must be reported immediately upon receipt.
•We do not accept returns in the following cases:
Non-Defective Products: Items that have been used or show signs of wear.
Defective Products: If the item was functional upon arrival but became defective after use.
All returns will be reviewed and either accepted or rejected within 2 business days (Business days for reviewing returns are Monday to Friday). If your return is accepted, you will be eligible for an exchange or a refund (Refunds will be issued to the original credit card or payment method used for the original purchase), Refunds will not be issued in cash.
•Once a refund is issued, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the amount to be credited back to your original payment method. Some banks may process refunds faster, within 2–5 business days. If you do not see the refund after this period, please contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
•The delivery time for exchanges is 5-9 business days. For more information about shipping, please visit our shipping policy.
Note: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless a mistake was made on our part, such as sending the wrong item or shipping to the wrong address. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
How to Initiate a Return:
If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:

Please provide the reason for return and include your order number.
Note: If you are returning a defective product, please include images of the defect.
2. Once we receive your email, we will send you the return address and a free downloadable return label for you to print.
3. Ship the product, along with the return label, to the provided address and share the tracking number with us.
Note: we do not charge any restocking fees for returned items, you can return eligible items without worring about additional fees.
